Elizabeth "Libby" Truitt
Elizabeth "Libby" Truitt joined Moses Wittemyer in March 2025. Her practice focuses on water rights litigation and transactions. Libby graduated with a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Maryland College Park in 2018 and a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2022. Prior to joining Moses Wittemyer, Libby clerked at the Colorado Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Elizabeth Harris and was a fellow at the Colorado Attorney General's Office.Libby enjoys performing music, practicing yoga and playing with her Boston terrier, Hessie.
